        我在4月24日至5月15日的網誌中專門討論房地產投資的一些問題，請參閱。其次，我會勸告你現在不要賣樓，現在樓價正在穩步上升，可能不會升得太快，但時間可能持續數年，一切因素都是利好樓價的。
