彭博通訊 (Bloomberg) 昨天有一篇文章，標題是「Fed splits with market over recession prospect，seeing continues growth」，其中提及「I can’t remember a time when the Fed’s credibility has been lower than it is today」。
著者又寫道：「Policy marker may feel as if they’re walking in a dark room。They’re not feeling as certain as they would like to about where the economy is heading」。
總之，市場人士對聯儲局的領袖極之失望。他們沒有敏銳的市場觸覺，他們內部意見分岐，他們被市場牽著鼻子走，他們甚至不知道市場的方向，聯儲局行動緩慢，行動不夠堅決，帶給市場矛盾的信息，令危機加深。但美國經濟是龐大的一個經濟體，就算後知後覺，情況再惡化，總會再減息，再推出新的穩定市場的辦法，大家拭目以待吧。香港經濟肯定因減息而受惠，前景依然是很好的。
